How we handle Contact Us
The Contact Us form uses dripdrop-wagtail and dripdrop-python to create or update a contact in Drip Drop and enroll it in the Contact Us flow. The flow sends through SendGrid, acknowledges the inquiry, follows up, and stops when a reply is detected.

How we welcome new users
The New User flow uses SendGrid and Telnyx. Its SMS branch depends on signup consent: consents configured in Drip Drop settings are synchronized to the contact through the public API, and the journey checks consent before sending SMS.
