How plan limits work

Contacts

The total number of contacts stored in your Drip Drop account. Deleting a contact frees capacity for another contact.

Messages

The number of email and SMS messages processed by your automations during the calendar month. A message processed for one recipient counts as one message.

Flows

The total number of flows stored in your account. Draft, active, completed and archived flows all count toward your limit. Deleting a flow frees capacity for another flow.

Flow Runs

A Flow Run is counted each time one enrolled contact moves through one step in a flow. For example, 100 contacts each moving through three steps uses 300 Flow Runs.

Custom Fields

The total number of custom-field definitions stored in your account. Active and archived fields both count. To delete a field, first remove its values from any records where it is used. Deleting the field frees capacity for another custom field.

Monthly usage

Monthly Message and Flow Run allowances reset at the beginning of each calendar month in UTC. Unused allowance does not carry forward.

Reaching a limit

When a Message or Flow Run allowance is exhausted, affected enrollments are held in place. They resume automatically after the monthly allowance resets or an upgrade provides additional capacity. Existing contacts, flows and enrollment data remain available.

Unlimited

Unlimited means Drip Drop does not apply a configured plan limit to that resource. Charges, limits and acceptable-use terms imposed by connected providers still apply.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are email, SMS, AI, and storage provider fees included?

No. Your Drip Drop subscription covers the automation platform. Connected providers bill you separately for their services, so you retain control of those accounts and costs.

Which providers can I connect?

Drip Drop supports connections for email, SMS, AI, and cloud storage providers. See the Integrations directory for current availability and setup details.

What happens if I upgrade during a billing period?

When you upgrade, Stripe calculates a prorated charge for the remainder of your current billing period. The amount is charged when you confirm the upgrade, and your new plan and limits take effect immediately after the payment is processed successfully.

What happens if I downgrade or cancel?

Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You can continue using your current plan until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time. If you’re unhappy with Drip Drop, please contact us—we’d appreciate the opportunity to understand the problem and help.

Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?

No credit card is required during the trial. To continue using Drip Drop on the Free plan after the trial ends, you must add a valid card. The card will not be charged while you remain on the Free plan; it is required to help prevent and monitor platform abuse.

What happens if I approach or reach a plan limit?

Account users can enable billing alerts at 80%, 90% and 100% usage. When a Message or Flow Run allowance is exhausted, affected enrollments are held in place until the allowance resets or the account is upgraded. Existing contacts, flows and enrollment data remain available.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Contact us and we will help you arrange annual pricing.
