AI FEATURE
AI Flow Builder
Build, review, and improve marketing flows with AI.
Describe the journey you want to create or ask AI to review an existing flow. AI Flow Builder will prepare structured draft automations, recommend individual improvements, rename blocks, and validate proposed changes while leaving approval, saving, and activation in your control.

-
Prepare approved improvements in an editable state before the user chooses to save.
AI Flow Builder is being designed to make creating and improving marketing automation more approachable without removing human control. Describe a campaign goal in plain language, or ask AI to review the flow already open in the editor.
Build with AI will collect context such as the objective, audience, channels, timing, entry conditions, and messaging constraints. It will then prepare a structured proposal using supported Drip Drop blocks and identify providers, templates, custom fields, or settings that still need attention.
Improve with AI will review an existing flow for issues and opportunities such as missing branches, unreachable steps, repetitive actions, unclear timing, weak fallback paths, missing configuration, or places where personalization could help. Recommendations can be reviewed and accepted individually.
After approval, AI may prepare additions, removals, reconnections, configuration updates, and clearer block names. Users will be able to rename one block, a selected group, or all blocks that need clearer labels.
Proposed changes may be placed into a new editable draft or applied to the current editor state. Neither option automatically saves to the database. The user remains responsible for applying, saving, validating, and activating the final flow.
Why teams build on Drip Drop
Drip Drop is bring-your-own-account automation: you keep your own sending reputation, pricing, and data, and Drip Drop handles the flows, templates, contacts, and reporting on top — no marked-up credits, no lock-in.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is AI Flow Builder available now?
No. Natural-language flow generation and AI-assisted flow improvement are planned Coming Soon capabilities.
What are the two AI Flow Builder modes?
Build with AI prepares a new flow from a goal. Improve with AI reviews an existing flow and proposes targeted changes.
Can I accept only some recommendations?
Yes. The planned experience allows individual recommendations to be accepted or rejected.
What can AI change after approval?
It may add, remove, reconnect, rename, and reconfigure supported blocks after the user approves the relevant recommendations.
Can AI rename blocks?
Yes. Users will be able to request clearer names for one block, selected blocks, or all unclear blocks in a flow.
Can I choose the AI provider?
Yes. The planned feature allows users to switch among AI providers connected to their account.
How will proposed changes be displayed?
The experience is expected to combine visual flow context, written explanations, and block-level change details. The final interface has not been determined.
Can AI review an active flow?
Yes, but recommendations remain separate from the saved active version until the user applies and saves them.
Does Improve with AI automatically duplicate my flow?
No. A new editable draft means an unsaved editing state, not an automatic copy of the existing flow.
Does AI save changes automatically?
No. Applying a proposal changes the editor state only. The user controls saving, validation, and activation.
Will AI activate a flow?
No. AI never activates or republishes a flow automatically.
Does AI guarantee better campaign performance?
No. It can suggest structural and configuration improvements, but it cannot guarantee delivery, conversions, or engagement.
Will every block type be supported?
Final block coverage has not been announced. Unsupported or unresolved dependencies will be identified rather than silently invented.
