AI Response Analysis & Template Review is being developed around two focused workflows: understanding messages received from contacts inside a flow and reviewing message templates before users save them.
In Analyze mode, an AI block will be able to work with the contact’s latest reply, a selected amount of recent conversation context, or messages associated with the current flow or enrollment. Users can begin with built-in analysis defaults or define their own prompt, categories, and structured result requirements.
Selected results can be mapped into contact or enrollment custom fields for use later in the journey. A following Conditional block remains under user control: the user defines the conditions and branches, while mapped analysis values provide the signals used for routing. The complete analysis can also be preserved with the relevant response context for review and troubleshooting.
For templates, users will be able to ask AI to review email or SMS content against a custom prompt together with applicable Styling Profile and System Prompt guidance. The review can return individual findings as well as a complete revised version. Users choose what to apply, and approved content is placed into the unsaved template editor rather than saved automatically.
AI output remains interpretive rather than certain. Final channel coverage, conversation limits, classification options, and interface details may change before release.
