AI-generated content is more useful when it understands how a business communicates. AI Styling & System Prompts is being developed to give teams reusable account-level guidance without requiring the same instructions to be rewritten for every message or automation.
Styling Profiles will provide an approachable way to define brand voice, tone, preferred vocabulary, formatting conventions, CTA style, reading level, channel preferences, and words or claims to avoid. Teams may also use selected existing templates to help suggest a starting style that can be reviewed and adjusted.
System Prompts will provide more advanced instructions for the AI’s role, behavior, boundaries, task, and expected output. They are intended for teams that need more control than a writing-style profile alone provides.
Both forms of guidance are planned as account-level settings that can support connected AI providers. Users will be able to adjust instructions for an individual request when needed and control which relevant contact or enrollment information is provided, without locking the product into a specific provider or interface design.
The final implementation may change before release. This page does not promise a particular hierarchy, permissions model, testing interface, versioning system, or identical output across AI providers.
Why teams build on Drip Drop
Drip Drop is bring-your-own-account automation: you keep your own sending reputation, pricing, and data, and Drip Drop handles the flows, templates, contacts, and reporting on top — no marked-up credits, no lock-in.
