Team Management & Role-Based Access

Coming Soon

Bring the right people into the right workspace—with access that fits their role.

Team Management & Role-Based Access is coming soon to help teams organize who can access an account and what they can do there. Invite teammates, assign clearer responsibilities, and manage collaboration as your organization grows.

Key Capabilities

Team invitations

Invite a teammate to join a specific account.

Account memberships

Track account access separately from account ownership.

Built-in roles

Start with standard access levels designed for common team responsibilities.

Custom roles

Create account-specific roles using selected permission groups.

Permission groups

Organize planned access across flows, contacts, providers, settings, billing, and user management.

Member access updates

Change a teammate’s assigned role as responsibilities evolve.

Membership removal

Revoke account access when a teammate no longer needs it.

Multi-account navigation

Move between organization or client accounts available to the signed-in user.

How It Works

1

Select an account

An account owner opens the organization or client workspace they manage.

2

Define access

Choose a built-in role or create a permission bundle for the teammate’s responsibilities.

3

Invite a teammate

Send an invitation to the teammate’s email address for that account.

4

Accept and join

The invited person signs in or creates an account, then accepts the invitation.

5

Collaborate by role

The teammate works in the account using the access associated with the assigned role.

6

Adjust over time

Update roles, revoke access, or move between available accounts as team needs change.

Use Cases

  • Give campaign builders and reviewers access aligned with their responsibilities.
  • Organize separate client accounts for agency teams and collaborators.
  • Separate account administration from day-to-day campaign work.
  • Move from informal shared access toward defined memberships and roles.
  • Revoke access when a teammate or external collaborator leaves.
  • Navigate between organization or client accounts from one signed-in profile.

Marketing operations often involve campaign builders, reviewers, administrators, and outside collaborators who need different levels of access. Team Management & Role-Based Access is being developed to make that collaboration easier to organize.

The planned experience will introduce account-level memberships, teammate invitations, built-in roles, and account-specific permission bundles. Teams will be able to align access with responsibilities and adjust membership as people join, change roles, or leave.

This work is also being designed alongside multi-account navigation for people who manage more than one organization or client workspace. The complete management screens, invitation experience, and role-aware enforcement are not available yet, and the final scope may change before release.
