Platform FEATURE
Audit Logs & Account Governance
See what changed, when it changed, and which account activity it belongs to.
Review changes made within the current Drip Drop account. Search and filter audit entries, then inspect timestamps, users, affected resources, recorded changes, and optional IP-address context.

Use Cases
-
Confirm whether a flow, template, contact, integration, or custom field was changed.
-
Identify activity associated with a reported configuration problem.
-
Review create, update, and delete activity while troubleshooting.
-
Keep activity from separate accounts distinct when switching between accounts.
-
Capture timestamps and recorded change context for an internal review.
Use Audit Log when you need to investigate a configuration change, confirm who changed a supported campaign resource, or review account activity during troubleshooting. Entries are scoped to the account you are currently viewing, so activity from another account is not mixed into the results.
Search recorded activity or filter it by Create, Update, and Delete actions. Resource filters cover contacts, flows, enrollments, email templates, SMS templates, integrations, and custom fields. Results can be ordered by timestamp and reviewed across paginated pages.
Each entry provides available context such as the time, user, action, resource, object, and recorded changes. Updates can show old-to-new values when available, while optional IP-address context can support an investigation without serving as definitive identity evidence.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does Audit Log show every account I can access?
No. Results are scoped to the account currently selected.
Which actions can I filter?
The current interface supports All, Create, Update, and Delete filters.
Which resources can I filter?
Supported filters include contacts, flows, enrollments, email templates, SMS templates, integrations, and custom fields.
Can I export the audit log?
The current interface and API provide listing, search, filtering, ordering, and pagination, but do not confirm an audit-log export action.
How long are audit entries retained?
The current product sources do not establish a documented retention period.
Does the log capture every action?
No completeness guarantee is documented. Treat it as recorded activity for supported resources rather than every request or system event.
Is an IP address definitive identity evidence?
No. An IP address may appear as supporting context, but its presence and interpretation should not be treated as definitive identity proof.
Does Audit Log provide a compliance certification?
No. It provides review and troubleshooting context but does not itself establish a compliance certification.
