Use the Contacts page to manage the audience already stored in Drip Drop. Search, filter, sort, and page through contact records, edit supported fields directly, and choose which columns you want to review or export.
Select one or more contacts to open bulk actions. Update supported fields such as names, primary email, primary phone, and tags, or choose Add to flow… to enroll the selected audience into an automation. Bulk updates are processed in controlled batches and can report errors for individual contacts without hiding the rest of the result.
When selected contacts have email or SMS opt-outs, Drip Drop warns you before enrollment. You can skip opted-out contacts or enroll them while preserving their channel preferences. Enrollment never overrides an opt-out, so messages to suppressed channels remain skipped.
Why teams build on Drip Drop
Drip Drop is bring-your-own-account automation: you keep your own sending reputation, pricing, and data, and Drip Drop handles the flows, templates, contacts, and reporting on top — no marked-up credits, no lock-in.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does bulk enrollment send messages immediately?
No. It creates flow enrollments. Messages follow the selected flow’s configured steps, timing, and provider settings.
Can opted-out contacts be enrolled?
Yes, after confirmation. Their channel opt-outs remain active, so messages to opted-out email or SMS channels are skipped.
Does this feature import contact files?
No. Use Contact Import & Deduplication for file imports, previews, and import-time duplicate handling.
Which fields can bulk editing update?
The bulk-update workflow supports allowlisted fields such as names, primary email, primary phone, and tags.
Can bulk editing change custom-field definitions?
No. Custom-field configuration is a separate workflow covered by Custom Fields & Tags.
Can I enroll contacts already active in a flow?
The selection workflow excludes contacts with active or pending enrollments where applicable, and failed enrollment attempts return contact-specific errors.
Can I export contacts?
Yes. The Contacts table can export the currently visible columns as CSV or XLSX.
Is deleting a contact reversible?
No. Contact deletion requires confirmation and should be treated as irreversible.
