Flow Analytics gives you an aggregate view of how automations are running across your account. Review all flows together or select one flow to focus on its enrollments, message activity, delivery results, and engagement.
Choose a 7-, 30-, or 90-day reporting period, then use summary cards to understand active flows, enrollment status, email and SMS volume, successful and failed sends, and aggregate engagement rates. Daily charts make it easier to see changes in messages, enrollments, and opens over time.
This reporting view complements Click & Open Tracking. Flow Analytics summarizes performance and trends, while tracking records help investigate individual delivery and interaction events.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does Flow Analytics report?
It summarizes flows, enrollments, email and SMS activity, delivery outcomes, and aggregate engagement metrics.
Can I report on one flow?
Yes. Select a flow to scope both summary metrics and daily trend charts to that automation.
What reporting periods are available?
The current reporting view provides 7-, 30-, and 90-day periods.
Does it show individual opens and clicks?
No. Flow Analytics aggregates performance. Use Click & Open Tracking or flow interaction history for individual events.
How are engagement rates calculated?
Rates use aggregate event counts such as delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, and successful messages. They are not presented as unique-recipient rates.
Why is a chart empty?
An empty chart means no matching activity was returned for the selected flow and reporting period.
Does SMS support open tracking?
Do not assume it does. Tracking availability depends on the event type, provider, and configuration.
