Stats

Stats turns flow activity into aggregate metrics and charts. Use it to understand performance across all flows or one selected flow over time. Use this page for trends and totals, then switch to History and events when you need to inspect a specific execution record.

Open the Stats Page

  1. Open Dashboard → Stats.
  2. Choose All Flows or a single flow from the flow selector.
  3. Choose a date range of Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last 90 days.
  • All Flows gives you account-level aggregate reporting across flows.
  • Selecting one flow narrows both the stat cards and the charts to that flow.
  • The date range affects the time-series charts.

The current UI does not show export or download controls, so this page should be treated as an in-app reporting view.

Active Flows: Active flows out of the total flow count.
Total Enrollments: Total enrollments, with active and completed counts shown in the subtitle.
Emails Sent: Total sent, with successful and failed email counts.
SMS Sent: Total sent, with successful and failed SMS counts.

The underlying summary model also includes total, successful, failed, and pending message counts overall, but the current cards emphasize email and SMS separately.

Open Rate: Percentage plus total opens.
Click Rate: Percentage plus total clicks.
Delivery Rate: Percentage plus total delivered.
Bounce Rate: Percentage plus total bounced.

These are summary cards designed for quick reading, not event-by-event investigation.

Messages: Stacked bar chart with separate Email and SMS counts over time.
Enrollments: Area chart showing enrollment counts over time.
Opens: Line chart showing open counts over time.

Chart tooltips, legends, and axes are styled for readability and use dark monospace text in the current UI.

No messages yet: Shown when the selected flow or range has no message time-series data.
No enrollments yet: Shown when no enrollment data exists for the current selection.
No opens tracked yet: Shown when no open-tracking data exists for the current selection.

Use Stats for trends, rates, and totals. Use History and Events for a single contact, single step, a specific failure, or a specific timestamped event.

Stats summarizes enrollment activity. Flow Enrollments is where you manage enrolled contacts, read current-step context, edit enrollment details, or remove an enrollment.

Numbers look too low or zero

Check the selected flow and date range first.

Messages chart is empty

The selected period may contain no sends yet.

Opens chart is empty

Open tracking data may not exist yet for the current selection.

Delivery or bounce totals differ from expectations

Use History and events to inspect the underlying execution records.

Need to verify whether a specific contact caused the issue:

Stats is not the right tool; switch to Flow History or Flow Enrollments.
