Dashboard Overview

This page explains the dashboard shell, the sidebar, and where each main area lives. For first-time setup steps, use Getting Started.

After sign-in, Drip Drop opens the dashboard. The dashboard has a left sidebar for navigation and a main content area for the selected workspace page.

  • The Drip Drop header appears at the top of the sidebar.
  • Your organization name appears under the header when an organization is available.
  • Your signed-in user name and email appear near the bottom of the sidebar.
  • Use Logout at the bottom of the sidebar to end the session.
Note
On smaller screens, the sidebar is hidden until you open the menu from the top bar.

The sidebar is the main way to move around the dashboard. The active area is shown with a highlighted row.

Flows

The default dashboard area. Use it to create, view, search, and manage automation flows. You can switch between tile and list views, and filter flows by status: Draft, Scheduled, Active, Paused, Complete, or Archived.

Stats

Shows flow analytics and performance metrics. Filter by flow and date range: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last 90 days.

Contacts

Where you manage people who can be enrolled in flows. It supports adding contacts, importing contacts, searching, filtering, and enrolling selected contacts in a flow.

History

Shows flow events and message activity across the entire account. For activity scoped to a single flow, open that flow and use its History tab. Empty state is expected for new accounts with no activity yet.

Templates- Message Templates and Flow Templates

Where message and flow templates live. Use Message Templates to create message templates for reusable content for flows. Use a Flow Template to start a flow using a pre-populated generic template flow.

Settings

Your profile, account preferences, security, notifications, AI settings, billing, and API keys.

Admin

Account owners should also see an Admin section in the sidebar. Admin opens a collapsible menu with Integrations, Custom Fields, Tags, Compliance and Audit Log.

Note
Admin is only visible to the account owner. It is not configurable, no other role or access level grants it. Use Settings for all regular account and user preferences.

Some dashboard areas require an account and an active subscription. If your account does not have an active subscription, the dashboard shows Select a Plan instead of the regular dashboard content.

  • Select a plan to continue into the main workspace.
  • After checkout, Drip Drop may briefly wait for subscription status to update before showing the full dashboard.
  • If you are signed in but do not have an account yet, Drip Drop sends you to account creation before the dashboard workspace appears.

Quick directions for some common tasks:

Create a flow: Go to Flows, then choose New Flow.
Find an existing flow: Go to Flows and use search, filters, tile view, or list view.
Add or import contacts: Go to Contacts and use the add or import actions.
Create reusable email or SMS content: Go to Templates.
Review flow performance: Go to Stats and choose a flow or date range.
Review recent activity: Go to History.
Change profile, security, billing, notification, AI, or API key settings: Go to Settings.
I only see Select a Plan

Your account does not currently have an active subscription. Choose a plan to continue. If you just completed checkout, wait a moment and refresh if the dashboard does not update.

I cannot open a flow editor

Flow editor routes require an active subscription. Confirm that your account has a plan selected.

I do not see Admin

Admin appears only for account owners in the current app shell. If you need access, ask the account owner to make the change or perform the admin task.

A page shows no data yet

Empty states are expected for new accounts. For example, Flows may show no flows yet, Stats may show no messages or enrollments yet, and History may show no events recorded yet.
