OneDrive

Connect OneDrive to store and reuse Drip Drop attachments and images in a Microsoft account you authorize. This guide explains the authorization flow and verification steps.

  • Your team already keeps attachments and images in OneDrive.
  • You want to authorize an existing Microsoft account instead of managing storage keys.
  • Confirm you can sign in to the Microsoft account you want to connect.
  • Be ready to approve the Microsoft authorization prompt in a popup window.
  • Confirm your role can create integrations. Without that permission, New Integration is not shown.
  1. Open Dashboard → Integrations → Storage.
  2. Select New Integration and choose OneDrive.
Choose OneDrive in the integration wizard.
  1. On the Connect step, review or change the Name before authorizing OneDrive.
  2. Select Connect OneDrive.
  3. In the Microsoft authorization window, sign in to the Microsoft account you want to use and accept every requested permission.
  4. Return to Drip Drop. The wizard advances to Verify after authorization succeeds.

Drip Drop stores new attachments in a folder named Drip Drop Attachments in the connected OneDrive account. The file picker can browse and search that OneDrive so you can select files one at a time. Drip Drop uses this access only for files you select and its own attachments folder.

Review the OneDrive connection details, then select Connect OneDrive.
  1. On the Verify step, select Check credentials.
  2. After the check succeeds, select Done.
  3. Confirm that the integration you named appears as Active on the Storage page.
  4. Open a message template, then select Attachments → Browse files → Connected storage.
  5. Choose the integration, select a file, then select Attach.

Permission not granted

  • Allow popups for Drip Drop in your browser, then select Connect OneDrive again.
  • Sign in to the Microsoft account you intend to connect before approving access.
  • If your organization manages the account, an administrator may need to approve access for Drip Drop.
  • If Microsoft does not grant the required file permissions, connect again and accept every permission, or ask your Microsoft administrator to allow them.

Integration is paused

  • On Integrations → Storage, find the paused OneDrive integration and select Edit.
  • Select Connect OneDrive, then authorize the same Microsoft account. To use a different Microsoft account, create a separate OneDrive integration.

File is unavailable

  • Confirm the file still exists in OneDrive and has not been moved to the recycle bin.
  • Confirm the connected account still has access. The owner can revoke files shared with the account.

Disconnect OneDrive

On Integrations → Storage, select the OneDrive row’s Disconnect action, review the impact, then select Disconnect. If it is the active storage location, switch Storage location to Platform storage or another active integration first. Drip Drop preserves the integration record, attachment references, history, and files in OneDrive while pausing dependent active or scheduled flows. Reconnect the same Microsoft account to restore access, then review affected flows before resuming them.

Remove Microsoft Integrations

Open Settings → Connections. Under Remove Integrations, select Remove Microsoft integrations. This account-wide action covers Outlook and OneDrive. Review the affected integrations and preserved resources, switch Storage location first if required, then select Remove them. Your Microsoft sign-in method remains linked.

  • Storage: choose and manage storage for Drip Drop attachments and images.
  • Message Templates: add stored files as attachments or use them as images in email designs.
