Text Message

Use this page to choose a text-message provider, connect it in Drip Drop, and select it when a flow sends a text message. Drip Drop uses your provider account; the provider-specific pages below cover setup details and local recovery steps.

Choose the service that matches how you send: Twilio for phone-number-based SMS, Telnyx SMS & MMS for messaging-profile-based sending, or Sendblue for iMessage and SMS.

Choose a text-message provider in the New Integration wizard.
  1. Select Integrations → Text Message.
  2. Choose New Integration and select your provider.
  3. Enter the required credentials, then select Save & Continue.
  4. Configure the webhook, then select Save Webhook. To defer webhook setup, select Skip for now.
  5. Add the sending resource your flows will use, then select Continue.
  6. Review the Verify checklist, resolve any sender warning, then select Done.

Use the Flow Editor guide to configure a Text Message block with your connected provider, sender, and message template. For connection requirements or provider-specific recovery steps, use the relevant provider page.

Configure a Text Message block with a connected provider, sender, template, and tracking preferences.
Connected text-message provider is missing from a text-message flow block
  • In Dashboard, select Integrations → Text Message and confirm your provider is connected.
  • Confirm that you are configuring a text-message flow block.
  • Open the integration and confirm it has at least one number on its Numbers tab. An integration with no number is flagged No sender and cannot send.
  • Use your provider-specific page to check the connection setup and the Flow Editor guide for block configuration.
Credentials are rejected when you save the integration
  • Confirm each field matches the provider account. Twilio uses Account SID and Auth Token, Telnyx uses API Key and Public Key, and Sendblue uses API Key ID and API Secret Key.
  • Create fresh credentials in the provider account if the existing ones may be invalid, then save the integration again.
  • Open your provider-specific page and follow its connection requirements and recovery steps.
No sending resource is available, or webhook setup does not complete
  • Turn on Enable Webhooks in the integration. The phone-number and messaging-profile selectors, Configure Webhook and Verify Webhook appear only in that section.
  • For Twilio, select the phone number. For Telnyx, select the messaging profile. A messaging profile that already points at a different webhook URL is marked in use and cannot be selected.
  • If setup cannot complete automatically, copy the webhook URL into the provider console, then use Verify Webhook.
Text messages fail after setup
  • Check History for send errors.
  • Confirm that the provider account is active and that the selected number is still active in the provider account.
  • Send a test message to a safe test contact and check History for errors before enrolling real contacts.
